Otis on top of the hill is an enclosed shelter that offers 2 functional fireplaces, restrooms, and plenty of electrical outlets for your needs. Renters also have usage of the front porch with a beautiful view.
2023 Fees:
Deposit: $50 due within 2 business days of booking the facility.
Rental: $50 due when the key is picked up for the rental.
If there is no damage and the key is returned on
time renters will receive their deposit back the following month
after their rental after our monthly Park Board Meeting.
