Roundabout Construction John Williams Blvd

Construction related activities will soon begin on the roundabout project at John Williams Blvd and Beech St. Milestone Contractors, the prime contractor awarded the construction contract, is expected to begin roadwork on or after April 1st. You most likely have noticed the ongoing utility work at this intersection. They have been relocating overhead and underground facilities to make room for the proposed roundabout.
Milestone will be completing the project in phases to keep two-way travel operational on John Williams Blvd. Traffic will be shifted to north side of John Williams Blvd with one lane in each direction for the first phase of construction. The second phase will shift traffic to the south side of John Williams Blvd. Beech St and 8th St will be closed at the intersection for the duration on the project. Access to 8th Street can be made from X St while Beech St Access can be made from 16th St. Contractors will provide access to homes and businesses within the construction limits. The contract completion date is October 31, 2025.
The postal service has been notified of these closures as well as all emergency personnel. If you are aware of deliveries, please contact them and let them know of the closures. Please avoid these streets if possible and be patient, cautious and aware of heavy equipment in these areas.

Williams Dam Public Hearing Livestream
