Facility Rental PoliciesEffective January 20th, 2015
- Deposit fee is required at the time reservations are made.
- Rental fee is due when key is picked up.
- Cancellations must be made 48 business hours prior to reserved day. Failure to cancel within said time forfeits your deposit refund.
- Deposits will be refunded based on the following criteria:
- If reservation is cancelled, notification must be received by Parks Department office staff 48 business hours in advance.
- If shelter was utilized, shelter must pass post-rental inspections.
- Refund checks will be disbursed after the Park Board's monthly meeting (3rd Tuesday of every month) and will be mailed the next day.
All renters must sign our
rental agreement when picking up the key. A copy will be given to the renter, and the original will be kept at the Park Office.
