The City Concourse has a full kitchen; restrooms, and an open seating area (seating provided: 64).
2025 Fees

Deposit: $125 due within 2 business days of booking the facility. 
Rental: $125 due when the key is picked up for the rental. 

If there is no damage and the key is returned on time renters will receive their deposit back the following month after their rental after our monthly Park Board Meeting.
