Facility Reservation Policy

Effective January 20th, 2015

• Deposit fee is required within 48 business hours of reservation.
• Rental fee is due when key is picked up.
• Cancellations must be made 48 business hours prior to reserved day.
• Failure to cancel within said time forfeits your deposit refund.
• Deposits will be refunded based on the following criteria:

• If reservation is cancelled, notification must be received by Parks Department office staff 48 business hours in advance.
• If shelter was utilized, shelter must pass post-rental inspections.

• Refund checks will be disbursed after the Park Board's monthly meeting (3rd Tuesday of every month) and will be mailed out the following day by the Clerk Treasurer's Office.
• All renters must sign our rental agreement
• when picking up the key.
• A copy will be given to the renter, and the original will be kept at the Park Office.
