The City of Bedford Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing to consider amending the Zoning Code in the Professional-Residential (PR) Districts to allow for Single-Family Dwellings and Two-Family Dwellings as Permitted Uses, and Retail Stores as Uses Requiring a Special Exception Permit. The hearing will be on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 4:00p.m. in the City Concourse Building located at 1402 H Street Bedford, IN 47421.
