The Downtown Milwaukee Depot has a kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven; restrooms, and 2 open seating areas (seating provided is 133). The South Gallery is 22' x 24' 9" and the Main Gallery is 'U' shaped with the measurements being 16'6" x 24'9", 13' x 23', 15'6" x 24'9". The Depot is conveniently located the corner of 15th & J Street.

2025 Fees

Deposit: $275 due within 2 business days of booking the facility.
Rental: $275 due when they key is picked up for the rental.

If there is no damage and the key is returned on time renters will receive their deposit back the following month after their rental after our monthly Park Board Meeting.
